As a young boy growing up in Idaho my family helped in round ups on several occasions.   Herding cattle is not for the faint of heart.   Bulls often have a mind of their own and that set of horns on their head isn't just for looks.   Believe me I know.   The cattle and cowboy are as authentic as they come.   This beautiful valley which lies just below the Three Sister's in Oregon is quickly disappearing with the rapid population growth and urban sprawl.
